Whole day workshop, demonstrating and helping children silk-screen print onto t-shirts.

Community Project. St Aidan's County High School, Carlisle. February 2005

After the flooding of the city and school on January the 9th, pupils and the local community were invited to paint images on the ruined sports hall floor in response to the flood and Tsunami, within a large atlas outline.

Commissioned by the Bewcastle Heritage Society to illustrate the local history of Border Reivers (Elizabethan border rebels), showing a scene of Reivers driving cattle back across the border to Scotland, past Christenbury Crag, after a night raid.

Community Mural Project. Bewcastle School, Cumbria. June 2002. 4ft x 8ft Acrylic on board.

Joint project with the above. Worked with school children through story-telling and drawing workshops to create a mural based on the children’s perception of the Border Reivers.

Public Mural. Roadhead Village Hall, Cumbria. August 1992. 6ft x 8ft. Emulsion on board.

Commissioned by the Bewcastle Heritage Society. An Illustration of the sacking of Bewcastle in the 15th Century during the period of the Border Reivers.

The Warren Youth Resource Centre, Aug to Nov ‘96, Queen’s dock, Hull.

Worked as a voluntary art room worker, supervising and encouraging underprivileged teenagers. Participated in Exhibition at the Princes Quay Centre.
